These Palo Santo wood sticks come from the Palo Santo tree of South America and translates to 'holy stick' in Spanish. The tree is part of the same family that produces frankincense and myrrh.

Palo Santo sticks have a natural sweet and uplifting aroma that can fill a room and is used in traditional medicine to relieve stress and anxiety.

It is perfect for using before wellness practices such as meditation or yoga and is also great for cleansing the air of negative energy.

Simply burn the end for 30 - 60 sec and then blow out the end. Then use the smoke for which ever practice you wish to participate in.

Each stick is 10cm long, 6 sticks to a pack. This will last a long time! Even if you use everyday. 

PLEASE NOTE: We had to trim the sticks as we accidentally ordered boxes that were too short. So the sticks in the box will be 6cm, and then you will also receive the cut offs but separate to the box. So we don't waste product we have reduced the price so that it will shift and then we can resume normal shipping!
